Simply good go-to mexican food spot. I always get the beef fajitas to share. Their salsa is oh-so-fresh and I have to stop myself from becoming too full off of it. It's light and reminds me of garden salsa, light spice. They have THE best tortillas I have ever had. I mean that! They are made from scratch, in house. They are soft, chewy in all the best ways and never disappoint. Honestly, the set-up and sloppy beer is why I come here. Often times, we will just do set up, beer and an app. The nachos are always a good choice!
The service is always quick and pleasant. -

Lunch menu is superb with lots of options. Most are priced below $10. Wait time was fast, service friendly. Food was served hot. Set-ups were a basket of chips, tortillas and individual cheese sauce and salsa. The salsa is mild in heat, I wished I had asked if there were more options, as I prefer hot! Food was a good size portion and very fulfilling!

Probably one of the best Mexican restaurants in Moore. Very clean. Wait staff have always been attentive. They always bring plenty of chips, queso and salsa which is free unless you don't order a meal. The portion is alway way more than I can eat!

I really hate to write any review under a 3 star and sometimes I just don't even do the review if it is going to be bad. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with my visit to Ricky's in several ways and I feel like there are some things that need to change for them to game more business. First I would like to say that I have been going to rickys for years....back in 2003 ( when it was at the original hole in the wall type of place where jimmy johns are). Rickys used to be my absolute favorite. I hadn't Been in about 6 months or so because my husband and I had found a new favorite. Well, my mom and sister n law were in town and wanted Mexican, somewhere close, so I suggested we go to rickys and somewhat talked it up. Now to get to the meat of the review and the reason for my dissapointed my and even embarrassment. The cheeeeeeese!!!! Omg, the cheese is the best part of any Mexican restaraunt! The cheese tasted like water and had only a resemblance of cheese by the yellowish color. The cheese had a strange texture and somewhat grittiness. It was absolutely disgusting! You could see that they used a package cheese with too much water and the powder stuff did not dissolve. (See picture) now about the actual food! We each ordered from the lunch menu however it seemed as though we ordered from a kids menu or maybe the worst fast food mexican you have had. I'm just going to discuss one of our meals and you can assume the rest. My sister n law ordered a lunch quesadilla that was $8.99. It was 1, I repeat 1 small flour tortilla folded with 2 tiny pieces of chunk chicken with some melted cheese and that was it! It was not grilled it, it didn't have anything else and it really was NOT a quesadilla! It was more like a kids chicken soft taco. This was unacceptable, unbelievable and way over priced. I will not Ever return. This place has drastically changed and that is probably the reason I don't ever see as many cars anymore.
Positives:
No wait
Nice place decor wise
Patio seating
Full bar
Large place

I have yet to find a better enchilada! Ricky's is still undefeated in my quest to find the best! The service has always been quick and friendly.
